SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT CAMPAIGN REACHED OVER 1000 STUDENTS IN ITS FIRST WEEK
The save the environment campaign project of Cleanedge Solution which was designed to reach over 100 schools and over 20,000 secondary school student in Oyo State began in a grand style on Thursday 19th October, 2017. It can be recalled that Cleanedge Solution recently called for volunteers in effort to address the dirtiness of Oyo State capital
Our Volunteers team led by Adigun Sherif from Ibadan North East kick-started the campaign exercise by visiting Government Secondary School, Orita Aperin in the early hours of Thursday where over 300 student population was reached
These was then followed by the visitation of team from Oyo West, led by Olumide Adeniran to Army Children Secondary School where over 300 students were reached and waste bins was presented to the school principal
Afterwards, the Team visited Crescent Height Secondary School where over 150 students were reached.
And to close the sensitization exercise for the week, the same team from Oyo West visited Model High School where over 300 student population were reached
In a report submitted to the campaign supervisor, Toyib Aremu, and presented by the content creator, Waliyah Okunade, it shows that the sensitization exercise has begun in grand style with over 1000 student reach in its first week. Meanwhile the Campaign Manager, Tosin Gbadegesin, and Coordinator, Temitope Ogunweide, as at the time of briefing press men stated the desire to make impact has been the goal of the project and reiterated good news on the project just began.
